The Rides Supervisor will assist in the supervision of the rides host working throughout the amusement park. This position directly supports the Rides Manager with efficient operation of the department which provides a positive guest experience.
This position’s duties include - but are not limited to - assisting with the management of the department, supervising, monitoring, and attending to park rides, including boarding, securing passengers, operating rides, and ensuring passengers exit safely. This position will also conduct daily audits to ensure sure the park’s safety and operating policies are being properly followed.

Participate in all aspects of supervision of assigned hosts, including hiring, orientation , training, performance coaching, and discipline.
Languages: Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, twist, kneel, bend, or squat for long periods of time
Ability to carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects weighing 30 pounds or more
Frequent exposure to the variable outside temperatures, including high heat, cold, direct sun, humidity, dust, rain and other weather conditions
Frequent exposure to constant repetitive motion, high noise levels, flashing lights, vibrations, and heavily populated environments
