About Us
The Potter's Hands is a growing residential construction company serving Downeast Maine. We specialize in high-quality remodeling, additions, new construction, and custom projects. We're building a company known for professionalism, craftsmanship, and excellent customer service—and we're looking for the right leader to help us continue growing.
Position Overview
We're looking for an experienced Construction Operations Manager who can bridge the gap between the office, the jobsite, and our customers.

You'll spend time working alongside our crews, meeting with homeowners, solving problems in the field, coordinating schedules, and keeping projects moving. You'll also spend time in the office handling planning, communication, purchasing, documentation, and project management.
If you enjoy leading people, solving problems, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish, we'd love to meet you.
