· PAY: $30–$36/hr (based on experience)
· HOURS: 10-hour shifts starting at 6:00 AM
· SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday; approximately 45–55 hours/week

Carpenter Job Description:
Carpenters will be responsible for assisting in the construction and erection of pole barns in an outdoor work environment. Duties include framing, assembling structures, and working with a team to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Qualifications for Carpenter:
· Experience building pole barns preferred
· General carpentry experience required
· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
· Must be able to safely use hand and power tools and PPE
· Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, bending, kneeling, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted
Additional Requirements for Carpenter:
· Must be eligible to work in the United States
· Must have reliable transportation to the job site
· Basic hand tools, PPE, and harness required
Travel:
This position includes approximately 25% travel within the state. Hotel and per diem are provided for travel assignments.
