Project Manager Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Support the project management team throughout the entire exhibit lifecycle, from initial planning to final execution
- Coordinate project-related documentation
- Assist with design and drawing reviews, including blueprints and graphic files
- Support production oversight and project scheduling
- Assist with on-site installation and setup coordination
Qualification:
- Strong research, communication, and organizational skills required
- Korean-English Bilingual preferred
- Must be able to travel within the United States for 7-14 days or longer, as needed
- Must be flexible to work overtime & weekends when required
- Occasional weekend communication with vendors and clients may be required due to the nature of the trade show industry
- Unless there is an emergency, employees are expected to adhere to the standard daily time of 7AM
CAD Drafter
($20/hour. compensation negotiable depending on experience & qualfications)
Responsibilities
- Create and revise production, installation, and detail drawings for custom exhibit booths using AutoCAD
- Coordinate with project managers and production teams to ensure drawing accuracy
- Review blueprints, graphic layouts, and fabrication details
- Support fabrication and on-site installation processes
Qualification
- Proficiency in AutoCAD required
- Basic knowledge of 3d modeling software is a plus
- Ability to read technical drawings and construction details
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in trade show, exhibit, or custom fabrication industry preferred
- Familiarity with wood, metal framing, laminates, and graphics is a plus
- Occasional overtime, weekend work, and travel may be required to the nature of the industry
