Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Door-to-Door Appointment Setter to recruit new blood donors in the Pottstown and surrounding areas. In this role, you will be the front line of our outreach efforts, engaging potential blood donors directly at their homes and places of business to generate interest and schedule appointments. Duties
- Conduct warm calling and outbound door-to-door visits to identify potential blood donors
- Engage prospects through consultative selling techniques, clearly explaining benefits and addressing questions
- Negotiate appointment times that fit the donor’s schedule while ensuring alignment with goals
- Utilize SharePoint and Excel to log interactions, update contact information, and track progress
- Follow up with leads via phone or email to confirm appointments and nurture ongoing relationships
- Collaborate with the blood center team to refine outreach strategies based on feedback and results
- Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor during all blood donor interactions, ensuring a positive experience that encourages trust and engagement
Skills
- Proven experience in door-to-door sales with a focus on customer service and client communication
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently and close deals effectively
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone or in person
