Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services for individuals experiencing speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply. We offer mentorship and supervision to support successful completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, educators, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families regarding communication strategies and home programs.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
QualificationsFor SLP Candidates:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
For CFY Candidates:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Eligible for state licensure and Clinical Fellowship.
- Commitment to learning and professional growth.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
