Residential Cleaner – 1+ Year Professional Cleaning Experience Required
This is an Independent Contractor position. Cleaners are responsible for their own transportation, cleaning supplies and general liability insurance before starting work.
Qualified candidates who are selected will be given time to obtain general liability insurance before their start date if they do not already have it.

Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential cleaning services in customers' homes throughout Tampa and surrounding areas
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other residential spaces
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and detail homes to a high standard
- Follow cleaning checklists and complete jobs efficiently and thoroughly
- Arrive on time and maintain professional communication with clients
- Deliver consistent, 5-star service and attention to detail
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of residential cleaning experience
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone with reliable communication
