DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- floor person is responsible for picking up any loose product on the floor and for making sure crumbs are properly funneled into catch tubs for easy clean-up.
- If crumbs do make it to the floor, the floor person is responsible for cleaning any messes made by the crumbs.
- The floor person is required to take a late or early break due to having to stay during the scheduled break to do clean up and supply restocking.
- The floor person should be able to fill in for other workers on the line as needed and all other duties assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed
- Must be able to reach high and low levels, frequently
- Ability to flex/grip with wrist/hands occasionally (less than 5 flexion/minute)
- Must be able to push/pull/lift with arms below waist/at shoulder/above shoulder level up to 50 pounds.
- Willing and able to work in extreme temperatures with damp environments that may have slippery walking surfaces.
- Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF Requirements
