Position Summary
The Busser supports food and beverage operations by maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining, seating, and service areas. This role ensures fast table turnover, cleanliness, and support for servers, bartenders, and bowling attendants.
Key Responsibilities
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guest use
- Assist with food and drink delivery as directed
- Refill water stations and restock service supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, laneside tables, and bar areas
- Remove trash and transport dirty dishes to designated areas
- Support servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Preferred (Not Required)
- Restaurant or food service experience
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)

- Weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak hours required
