Overview
Silver Shield Investigations is a growing private investigation firm serving attorneys, businesses, and private clients throughout the Northeast. We are seeking a highly organized, decisive, and accountable operations leader to work directly with founder Steve Stanulis, a former NYPD officer, investigator, entrepreneur, actor, and producer.
This is not a traditional corporate management position.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can solve problems independently, manage people effectively, and help build systems that support growth.
The right candidate will become a key member of the leadership team and help oversee daily operations as Silver Shield continues to expand.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day business operations
- Coordinate investigators, case managers, and support staff
- Improve efficiency, accountability, and workflow systems
- Monitor case progress and ensure client satisfaction
- Track key performance metrics and operational goals
- Assist with hiring, training, and team development
- Handle high-priority issues and client escalations
- Help prepare the company for future growth and expansion
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management with a strong background in strategic planning and business development.
- Demonstrated success in supervising teams and leading large-scale projects within a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in change management methodologies and implementing organizational transformations effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent skills in budgeting, forecasting, program management, and process improvement techniques.
- Prior experience in managing budgets, analyzing financial reports, and making data-informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate vision, motivate teams, and foster collaboration across departments. Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
