## Overview
We are seeking a Fire Extinguisher Technician/Fire Suppression Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in fire protection systems but not required, willing to train the right person. Candidate must be willing to work independently once trained.
Training provided on the job by Turner Fire Protection
Certification training available for right candidate (Captive Aire, Amerex, and Protex)
Company vehicle provided once able to work independently.
## Responsibilities
- Service, install, and inspect kitchen fire equipment & fire extinguishers in accordance with NFPA 17A, 17, 96, and 10 guidelines
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for system installation and maintenance
-Communication with the office and staff turning in paperwork if job are complete or more work is needed in a timely manner.
-Conduct regular maintenance of fire extinguishers & kitchen fire equipment
- Keep/main inventory at the shop & on TFP vehicles
- Maintain equipment and tools
- Perform regular vehicle maintenance
- Clean shop space and equipment on TFP vehicles
- Clean driving record and background & be able to pass a drug screen if needed
## Skills
- Able to work with hand tools and willing to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
