Job Summary

Duties
- Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, cleaning glasses, and maintaining the bar’s cleanliness and organization
- Deliver food orders promptly from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Clear and bus tables efficiently, removing used dishes and resetting tables for new guests
- Support kitchen staff with basic food handling, preparation assistance, and heavy lifting following safe lifting practices
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas through regular cleaning and sanitation of surfaces and utensils
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate food running and service flow
- Uphold food safety standards by adhering to proper handling procedures and hygiene practices
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus for order processing
- Experience with food handling, safety protocols, and basic kitchen tasks enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and providing excellent guest service
- Prior banquet or hospitality experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory; we value motivated individuals eager to grow their skills
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely while maintaining a positive attitude
