Job Summary
Porky's Backyard is seeking friendly, dependable, and energetic Parking Lot Attendants to help create a safe and organized arrival experience for our guests. This position is responsible for directing traffic, guiding vehicles into available parking spaces, maintaining an orderly flow of traffic, and ensuring pedestrian safety throughout the parking area.
This is NOT a valet position. Attendants do not drive or park guest vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Direct incoming and outgoing vehicle traffic safely and efficiently.
- Guide guests to available parking spaces.
- Help maintain a smooth traffic flow during peak business hours and special events.
- Monitor parking areas for safety hazards and report concerns to management.
- Assist guests with general questions and provide excellent customer service.
- Keep entrances, exits, and fire lanes clear at all times.
- Communicate with management and other staff regarding parking capacity and traffic conditions.
- Help maintain a clean and organized parking area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous traffic control, parking, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
