About the Job
We're hiring dependable Night Commercial Cleaners to join our team. You'll begin by covering commercial accounts throughout the region, learning our cleaning standards, and performing quality inspections to help maintain service quality.
As you gain experience and demonstrate reliability, you'll have the opportunity to take on your own regular cleaning route. This is a part-time position (10–25 hours per week) with evening and overnight shifts.
It works well for students, second jobs, or anyone looking for a flexible schedule. You'll have a consistent schedule or be available for backup coverage, and many of our part-time employees transition into full-time positions as new routes become available.
We guarantee up to 40 hours per week while we build your permanent route, so you can count on consistent hours and a reliable paycheck from day one.
Pay & Benefits:
- $19–$21 per hour, depending on experience
- Paid bi-weekly
- W-2 employee
- Opportunity to move into our pay-by-job compensation system once you're managing your own route
- Cleaners in our pay-by-job system average approximately $26 per hour
What You'll Do
- Clean commercial offices and facilities during evening and overnight shifts
- Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize surfaces, clean restrooms, and remove trash
- Cover multiple accounts while learning our customers and cleaning standards
- Perform quality inspections and report findings
- Build toward managing your own regular route
- Use our field app to clock in, communicate with your supervisor, and complete job documentation (training provided)
Requirements
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Reliable transportation (travel between job sites is required)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Available to work nights
- Able to lift 25–40 lbs and remain on your feet throughout your shift
- Janitorial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but not required
