Lake Mac Casino Resort & Racetrack, which is scheduled to open in Fall 2025, will become our sixth resort property. The Dual Pit Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a smooth running day to day table games section and expedites all associated paperwork.
- Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
- Provide exceptional guest service to all internal and external customers
- Maintain security of games and adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Generates all associated Pit Forms and paperwork for the Section (Fills, Credits, Player Tracking and Table Tracking
- Maintains a direct line of communications with the Manager/Shift Manager.
- Responsible for issuing reminder slips to Dealers when he/she commits a dealing infraction.
- Provide exceptional guest service to all internal and external customers.
- Maintain security of games and adherence to established policies and procedures through continuous interaction with all table games personnel.
- Set-up daily card and dice impress and/or verification.
- Monitors the completeness and accuracy of the Player Tracking Forms and associated Pit paperwork.
- Assures proper spread of table games and recommends scheduling changes when necessary.
- Maintains ongoing communication with Casino Manager and Table Games Director.
