JOB REQUIREMENTS
To be a Delivery Driver for Aurelio’s Pizza, you must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license and a good driving record. In addition, qualified applicants must have an outstanding attitude toward customer service, have basic math skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced team and an insured vehicle that passes regular safety inspections. Delivery Drivers must work in inclement weather, including rain and snow. No prior restaurant experience is necessary. Delivery Drivers work in the lunch, evening, and late-night dayparts. Applicants for this position must have a flexible schedule but may be able to work part-time, Weekend hours may be required.
JOB DUTIES
- Clean Equipment Daily
- Perfect presentation and adherence to standards
- Great Customer Service
- Deliver orders to customers on time set by Aurelio’s standards
- Assist with other tasks when needed
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Ability to enter information into digital systems using POS System

WORK CONDITIONS
- Exposure to:
- Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks
- In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas
- Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside
- Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS including, but not limited to the following:
- Talking and hearing on telephone
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
- Depth perception
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
- Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position
- Walking short distances for short durations
- Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 40 pounds.
