Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality food items according to Wingstop recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and freshness.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha and Micros for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions with accuracy.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols.
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve customers promptly while maintaining food quality.
- Assist with food handling duties including cooking, packaging, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
- Support team members in various roles such as cashiering, food prep, or cleaning to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods effectively.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy.
- Experience in cashiering, serving, bussing tables, or working in a café or grocery store setting is a plus.
