Job Summary:
We are a growing construction company seeking a motivated, creative, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in helping the company expand by building strong client relationships and contributing innovative ideas that drive sales and long-term growth.
We are looking for someone with experience selling residential construction and remodeling services, particularly roofing, siding, windows, doors, kitchens, and bathrooms. The ideal candidate is confident meeting with homeowners, preparing estimates, closing sales, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the project process.
We're looking for someone who not only understands construction but also brings fresh thinking and strategic insight to help shape our future and contribute to our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, developers, architects, and other key stakeholders
- Bring creative, strategic ideas to help the company grow its client base and enter new markets
- Understand client needs and communicate our services and capabilities effectively
- Prepare and present estimates, quotes, and proposals tailored to client requirements
- Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and maintain accurate client records
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company
- Collaborate closely with the team
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Represent the company professionally in all client and industry interactions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction, building materials, or a related field
- Experience selling residential and remodeling services, particularly roofing, siding, windows, doors, kitchens, and bathrooms (Required)
- Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and materials
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (field visits required)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and CRM softwares
Compensation:
- Base Salary and/or Commission (Based on Experience and Performance)
