Shift Leader
Inspired Coffee is more than a coffee shop. The right candidate is a friendly and enthusiastic go-getter who assists the General Manager with day-to-day operational tasks such as opening/closing the coffee shop, general cleaning and re-stocking, inventory management, performing all duties outlined in the Inspired Barista, Cashier, and Host/Hostess job descriptions, working cohesively with trainees on their vocational development and personal growth, collaborating with the Occupational Training Director as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership during scheduled shifts
- Perform store opening and closing duties
- Ensure all checklists, operating procedures, policies and procedures are followed
- Serve as backup support for staff scheduling
- Assist with inventory management
- Assist with working with vendors and ordering product
- Maintain proficiency in the key training positions of barista, host, and cashier
- Patiently work with and support trainees as they work towards their personal and professional goals.
- Work harmoniously with other employees and develop/maintain good employee relations and employee morale

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- On-the-job training provided.
