What You'll Learn
You'll work alongside experienced installation professionals while learning how to:
- Install residential heating and cooling systems
- Install and fabricate sheet metal ductwork
- Run refrigerant line sets
- Safely braze copper tubing
- Install gas piping
- Wire furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and thermostats
- Properly evacuate and charge HVAC systems
- Read installation manuals and wiring diagrams
- Deliver a clean, professional installation every time
- Treat every customer's home with care and respect

Mechanical aptitude is important.
Character is non-negotiable.
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds regularly
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors
- Previous construction, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, or sheet metal experience is helpful but not required
- EPA Certification is a plus but not required—we'll help you earn it

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
