Qualifications:
- Active School Psychologist certification for P-12 required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong understanding of child and adolescent development, assessment procedures, and intervention strategies

- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical and professional standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for students in need of support
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding interventions and best practices
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
- Support positive behavioral initiatives and data-driven decision-making
- Maintain documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
