MVP is a growing custom apparel company serving schools, teams, businesses, and organizations throughout the Bay Area. We specialize in screen printing, embroidery, uniforms, and promotional products. Our customers count on us to make ordering easy, deliver quality products, and meet deadlines.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and keeping multiple projects moving at once. This role combines customer service, account management, sales, and project coordination.
Position Summary
The Project Manager is the primary point of contact for customers and is responsible for managing orders from initial inquiry through delivery.
You'll work with customers to recommend products, create quotes, coordinate artwork, manage approvals, and ensure orders move smoothly through production. Success in this role means providing exceptional customer service while maintaining accuracy, profitability, and on-time delivery.
This is not a cold-calling sales position. Most business comes from repeat customers, referrals, and inbound inquiries, with opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and relationship building.
Responsibilities
Customer Relationships
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Provide status updates and proactive communication.
- Build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
Quoting & Sales
- Create quotes and sales orders in ShopVOX.
- Recommend products and decoration methods.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
- Follow up on open quotes.
- Maintain healthy profit margins.
- Help customers make decisions and simplify the buying process.
Project Management
- Manage orders from inquiry through delivery.
- Coordinate with design, purchasing, production, and accounting.
- Manage approvals and customer expectations.
- Ensure all information is complete before production.
- Handle rush orders and changing priorities.
Artwork & Proofing
- Gather artwork and branding requirements.
- Coordinate with the design team.
- Review and send proofs to customers.
- Manage revisions and approvals.
QualificationsRequired
- Strong communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Preferred
- Experience in screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, or apparel decoration.
- Experience with ShopVOX, Printavo, or similar software.
- Experience in account management, inside sales, customer service, or project management.
- Knowledge of apparel brands and decoration methods.
- B2B customer service experience.
