Job Description
Management:
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience by providing excellent customer service
- Monitoring employee performance to ensure that they are meeting company standards for quality and speed of service
- Training new employees in job duties and work culture to help them become familiar with the operation
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues with them to ensure a positive experience
- Hiring and firing employees based on business needs and employee performance
- Maintaining inventory of supplies such as food, paper goods, and cleaning supplies
- Managing staff scheduling to ensure that shifts are covered at all times
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all food items are prepared according to company standards
- Monitoring employee attendance, productivity, and performance to ensure that standards are being met
Crew Member/Cashier:
- Looking for motivated employees who are able to work in a fast paced environment. Typical tasks will include greeting customers, taking and delivering orders, assisting with food preparation, solving customer complaints, handling monetary transactions, and keeping the restaurant front area clean and well-stocked.
Cook/Prep:
- Prep food and ingredients to company specific standards
- Primarily cooking variations of burgers. Flat top grill/griddle experience is recommended
- Maintain food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and utensils.
- Manage sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
- Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
- Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
