What You'll Do
- Communicate professionally with customers throughout each project.
- Lead and mentor technicians on job sites.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- Measure, calculate, and prepare materials accurately.
- Perform framing, finish carpentry, repairs, and general construction.
- Install windows, doors, flooring, drywall, cabinets, shelving, and other building components.
- Complete repair and maintenance work with attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting project timelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:
- Construction Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Carpentry: 1 year (Preferred)
