- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to upsell products effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer interaction.
- Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is advantageous.
