Cabaniss Chiropractic & Whole Health Clinic, LLC is looking for a temporary, part-time Licensed Massage Therapist who can perform manual therapy techniques including myofascial release, trigger point therapy etc., to a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, as well as typical massage techniques. Our ideal candidate must be able to make a client feel comfortable and encourage them to return for additional treatment. This person needs to be prompt, friendly to patients, and willing to work! Experienced therapists and exceptional recent grads are preferred.
Qualifications:
- Certification or Diploma in Massage or other related field required.
- Active massage therapy license required
Responsibilities:
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences using scientific methods and knowledge of human behavior.
- Design the massage treatment according to the customers needs.
- Give massage treatments according to the principles of Swedish massage, deep tissue, and trigger point massages.
- After the treatments are completed, clean clients using the following steps: use cleaning supplies to sanitize all equipment, equipment should be stored in a safe place.
- Create an environment of safety and comfort for the client during all stages of their treatment experience.
- Follow all Department of Health regulations in providing services to clients.
- Document all Sessions using SOAP style progress notes.
- Employer will provide scheduling, linens, massage lubricants, and oils.

Pay: $40.00 per hour
