Works a shift during business hours on weekends. In charge of general cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant facilities. Will clean and maintain restrooms, clean any spills, sweep and mop facility as needed, and help clean and maintain outdoor areas. May also be used as a utility staff member, so must be available to help with restaurant operations, (i.e. washing dishes, running dishes, taking out trash, etc.) Possibility of growing in this position to a more permanent or full-time setting.
