- Monitor patient progress during therapy sessions, document clinical assessments accurately, and communicate findings effectively to the healthcare team.
- Operate medical equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring proper use in accordance with clinical protocols.
- Maintain meticulous medical documentation adhering to clinical standards and electronic health records (EHR) management practices.
- Support discharge planning by preparing detailed reports on patient progress and recommending ongoing care strategies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals across disciplines to optimize patient care outcomes and ensure seamless treatment transitions.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, orthopedics, geriatrics, and related medical terminology.
- Proficiency in clinical assessment documentation and adherence to medical documentation standards.
- Skilled in manual therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and other physiotherapy interventions.
- Experience operating medical equipment used in physical therapy settings with safety and precision.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Familiarity with skilled nursing facilities, and nursing home settings.
- Ability to manage electronic health records (EHR) efficiently while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive medical information.

Pay: $35.72 - $43.02 per hour
