Join our team as a Route Manager. You,ll manage a mobile detailing route, and provide timely, and quality service as well as customer satisfaction. Duties
- Perform professional interior and exterior vehicle detailing services, including washing, vacuuming, shampooing, and deep cleaning.
- Remove stains, odors, dirt, grease, and other contaminants from vehicle interiors and surfaces.
- Perform paint correction services to reduce or remove light scratches, swirl marks, oxidation, and other paint imperfections.
- Apply waxes, sealants, ceramic coatings, and other protective products to enhance and protect vehicle paint.
- Clean and condition leather, vinyl, plastic, carpets, upholstery, dashboards, and other interior surfaces.
- Perform odor removal and treatment services to eliminate unwanted smells from vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after each service to identify existing damage and ensure quality results.
- Safely operate professional detailing equipment, including pressure washers, extractors, polishers, vacuums, steam cleaners, and other tools.
- Maintain an organized mobile detailing vehicle, equipment, chemicals, and supplies to ensure efficient service.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding vehicle condition, service recommendations, pricing, and completion times.
- Manage appointments and daily service schedules while traveling to customer locations.
- Process customer payments, provide receipts, and maintain accurate service records.
- Identify additional service opportunities based on the condition of each vehicle and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals, equipment, and vehicles.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure completed vehicles meet or exceed customer expectations.
