American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position requiring a PA or compact license and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Work in the Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit of an acute care hospital
-
Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
-
Required to work every other weekend
-
No on-call responsibilities
-
No floating requirements
-
Meditech charting experience is not required
-
Active RN license (PA state or Compact) currently in hand or pending with ETA clearly stated

Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)

Minimum 2 years of experience required

Medical/Surgical/Telemetry skills required

PA fingerprinting and PA Childline Abuse Clearance required

PA Department of Aging fingerprints required for travelers who have not resided in PA for the past two years

Two professional references required

Provide acute care nursing services to medical/surgical and telemetry patients

Holiday availability requested
