What You'll Do
As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and coordinating staff schedules for multiple units within specified time blocks
- Building new staff orientations and onboarding schedules
- Handling staff call-outs and substitutions promptly and accurately
- Ensuring schedule and payroll accuracy, following bargaining unit rules and clinical standards
- Collaborating with team members and managers to balance staffing needs and preferences
What You’ll Bring

- Prior office or clerical experience, preferably in healthcare or staffing settings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
