As a Sales Team Member, you'll work directly with customers, educate them on Verizon FiOS services, and deliver an outstanding customer experience from the first conversation through enrollment. Responsibilities of the Sales Team Member
- Represent Verizon FiOS professionally while creating positive and engaging face-to-face customer interactions.
- Educate customers on Verizon FiOS products, internet speeds, service features, and available promotions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that best fit their household and lifestyle.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Answer customer questions regarding pricing, service options, and installation expectations.
- Collaborate with other Sales Team Members and leadership to achieve individual and team goals.
Qualifications for the Sales Team Member Position
