Job Summary
Appliances 4 Less is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support while assisting customers throughout their service experience. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, organization, and helping customers find timely solutions.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and identify their appliance needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Conduct informative product demonstrations to showcase appliance features, benefits, and usage tips
- Assist customers with selecting appliances that fit their requirements, preferences, and budgets
- Upsell additional products, warranties, or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and store sales
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with the latest products
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, handle cash and card payments with professionalism
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering advice, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Support inventory management through stocking, organizing, and merchandising appliances on the sales floor
- Follow proper phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or in person
