For the Atlanta Office of a Global Law Firm
Responsibilities include:

Working with the Talent and Recruiting Partner to determine lateral attorney hiring needs and implement strategies to directly source lateral attorney candidates.

Managing the interview process for lateral attorney recruiting, including coordinating interview schedules, handling candidate communications, tracking candidate progress, supporting candidate evaluation and selection, and managing a recruitment database.

Assisting with the coordination of the onboarding and integration process for lateral attorneys.
- Overseeing law school recruiting programs and activities, including campus outreach, interview programs, and related initiatives.

Helping to manage the summer associate program, including onboarding, training, event logistics, and communication.
- Maintaining deep knowledge of the legal market and recruiting trends, developing external relationships with recruiters, peer firms, and industry groups, and contributing to the Firm’s long-term recruiting plans and goals.
Qualifications include:

5+ years of attorney recruiting or talent management experience in a multi-office law firm environment; 2+ years of supervisory or people-management experience is preferred.

Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite and/or related software. Experience with legal recruiting platforms and market intelligence tools preferred.

Demonstrated experience managing high-volume law students and associate recruiting programs in multiple offices or regions.

Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to long-term strategic planning.

Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information; proactive, flexible and able to perform well under pressure.
Salary: $135k-$150k
