Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and explaining all products to customers.
- understanding and teaching products on the sales floor
- Being a leader in Product knowledge and ensuring that you are extremely knowledgeable of the products on the sales floor.
- Having excellent communication, leadership, and organization skills with a proactive approach
- Listening and asking questions to determine the needs of every customer.
- Ensuring that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly shopping environment and responding to customers with exceptional customer service skills
- Being able to push boundaries and be excited by new challenges
- Being professional and ensuring that you meet our expectations (including dress code, appearance, and friendly behaviors)
Requirements include:
- 1-2 years of sales experience.
- Ability to work in a team environment for success
- Skills to proactively manage customer situations
- Hardworking while being attentive to details
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Maintain an unbreakable positive attitude
