Pay: $25.00 – $45.00 per hour (based on experience)
Minimum 2 years of professional powersports or related mechanical repair experience required to apply.
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus Available
Technicians with 2+ years of previous powersports mechanic experience are eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Service Technician with a minimum of 2 years of professional mechanical repair experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, personal watercraft, and other powersports vehicles. This role is for a skilled technician who can work independently with minimal supervision from day one.
Duties
Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire installation, fluid services, and filter replacements
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, fuel, and drivability concerns
Conduct vehicle inspections and identify potential issues or safety concerns
Use diagnostic equipment, power tools, and specialized service tools to complete repairs
Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed
Complete manufacturer-required service procedures and warranty repairs
Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair recommendations and findings when needed
SkillsQualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a powersports or related mechanical technician (required)
Demonstrated experience working on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, PWC, or similar equipment (required)
Experience with suspension components, steering systems, and drivetrain repairs
Proficiency in routine maintenance and major mechanical repairs without close supervision
Ability to diagnose and repair issues using diagnostic equipment and service manuals
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using power tools and specialized service equipment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
ASE or manufacturer certifications a plus
