What You’ll Do
You’ll own the patient relationship from consultation through treatment and follow-up care.
That includes:
- Performing advanced injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators
- Conducting comprehensive aesthetic consultations
- Developing individualized, full-face treatment plans based on patient goals, anatomy, and appropriate clinical recommendations
- Building and maintaining a loyal patient base through exceptional outcomes and relationships
- Educating patients on treatment options, skincare, aftercare, and realistic expectations
- Collaborating with Estheticians and other providers to create comprehensive patient treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate documentation and the highest standards of patient safety and clinical compliance
- Participating in ongoing clinical education and advanced training
- Supporting clinic events, community initiatives, and opportunities to develop patient relationships

What We’re Looking For
- Active Texas RN, PA or NP license
- 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience
- Demonstrated experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic treatment planning
- Strong consultation and patient education skills
- A track record of building trusting, long-term patient relationships
- Commitment to safe, ethical, and clinically appropriate aesthetic medicine
- A collaborative, team-first approach
- Confidence without ego
- Genuine curiosity and desire to continue improving
