We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented part time Leasing Consultant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet prospective tenants and provide them with information about available properties.
- Conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits to potential renters.
- Manage the leasing process from application to contract signing, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Utilize OneSite software for data entry and management of tenant information.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain positive relationships with current residents, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations throughout the leasing process.
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote available properties through various channels.
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in property management or leasing is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with property management software such as OneSite is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is highly desirable.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
