- BA/BS and 8-10 years of experience as a business analyst or similar roles

Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) & Scaled Agile delivery across multiple development teams

Experience in performing data gathering and analysis for app rationalization and use in making optimization decisions

Proven experience creating and development-ready Epics / Features and associated acceptance criteria including non-functional requirements

Expertise in AI and automation technologies to support future-state process mapping, solutioning, and optimization opportunities (Workflow orchestration, AI-assisted decision-making)

Proficient in technical writing to support creation of business requirements, implementation strategies, and Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans
-
Experience facilitating meetings and mediating between cross-functional teams and stakeholders (in person and/or virtually)

Skilled in stakeholder facilitation and communication to all levels of key stakeholders (Leadership to end users)

Familiarity with AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives supporting large scale, multi organization environments, with experience applying these capabilities to high volume mission critical business processes

Proficiency in collaboration/documentation tools (Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, Word, Visio, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:

Telecom build-cycle knowledge (wireless and wireline) and digital transformation initiatives

RFDS processes and optimization frameworks

The minimum starting salary for this position is $98,000. The actual salary may be higher and will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
