Job Summary
IMMEDIATE HIRE!! We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team in our baking facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in line operations and possess mechanical knowledge to effectively contribute to our production goals. This role involves working in various roles ensuring quality standards are met while maintaining a safe work environment.
Duties
- Operate machinery and equipment on the product line, ensuring efficient production flow.
- Conduct routine inspections of finished products to verify quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations at all times.
- Assist in the training of new employees on production processes and equipment operation.
Requirements
- Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred but not required
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise Is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
