Responsibilities
- Conduct outside sales activities, telemarketing, and community outreach to promote property and casualty insurance products.
- Assess client needs thoroughly and recommend appropriate coverage solutions with clarity and professionalism.
- Negotiate policy terms and premium rates within company guidelines to meet client expectations.
- Manage sales administration tasks including processing applications, maintaining client records, and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Communicate policy benefits, coverage specifics, and claims procedures to clients in a clear, informative manner.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop strategies that attract new customers and retain existing clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and following up on renewals or policy adjustments.
Qualifications
- Valid Property & Casualty insurance license in good standing, or willingness to obtain licensure by the hiring date.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and close transactions effectively.
- Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales administration tools, and marketing techniques.
- Analytical aptitude to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus.
- Experience in telemarketing or outreach initiatives is advantageous.
