Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in outpatient orthopedics to join our team in Gainesville, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedic nursing and be able to provide high-quality care to patients in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in the orthopedic outpatient setting
Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
Educating patients and their families on orthopedic conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques
Monitoring patient progress and updating medical records accordingly
Requirements
Valid RN license in the state of Georgia
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in outpatient orthopedics
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of orthopedic nursing practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
