We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in leadership role.

Position Summary
As an RN/LPN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our residents throughout the night. You will provide care and supervision, oversee resident health needs, supervise caregiving staff, and respond promptly to any changes in resident condition.
Schedule

Required to work every other weekend

Responsibilities
- Provide care to residents with dementia and other cognitive impairments
-
Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and state regulations
-
Assess residents and promptly communicate any changes in condition to physicians and families
-
Respond appropriately to emergencies and overnight clinical needs
-
Supervise and support team of caregivers
-
Maintain accurate electronic documentation and nursing records

Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts Department of Public Health regulations and facility policies

Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing

Previous experience caring for older adults, preferably in memory care, dementia care, long-term care, or geriatrics

Experience working with residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia is strongly preferred

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the interdisciplinary team
