Teacher Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher to join our incredible team. As the lead teacher for our 2- 2 1/2 year old program, you will play a key role in fostering the spiritual, emotional, physical and academic growth of our students as well as creating a positive learning environment. If you have a strong background in classroom management and a genuine love for educating children, we encourage you to apply.
Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
- Manage classroom activities and create a positive learning atmosphere
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators to support student development
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
Skills:
- a love for children
- Knowledge of play based programs
- Previous experience in school settings
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff
- Understanding of social emotional child development
