Overview:
Proper Burger in Downtown Pensacola is searching for additional staff members as we head into the summer season. These seasonal opportunities can reach into the future as our companies grow and expand. Our kitchen is operated out of an on-site food truck that serves food to an open floor plan. The ability to work as a team in a family friendly environment preferred. Across all of our restaurants we are seeking individuals that share the same values and ambitions. Duties:
- Operations & Logistics: Opens/closes the truck, drives to locations, manages parking, and handles propane/water refills.
- Food Safety & Quality: Ensures strict compliance with health/safety codes (OSHA), maintains inventory, and oversees food quality control.
- Staff Management: Hires, trains, schedules, and supervises staff, maintaining high morale and team spirit.
- Financial & Admin: Operates the POS system, manages cash flow, sets menu pricing, tracks inventory, and reviews sales reports.
- Customer Service & Marketing: Resolves complaints, engages customers, and manages social media to update locations/specials.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conducts safety inspections of the vehicle and cooking equipment
Skills:
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers and staff.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards according to food safety regulations.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
