Since 2005, we have provided a safe and nurturing environment for children placed by County Children Services and Juvenile Court, ensuring their well-being and development.
Summary
We are seeking a Campus Supervisor to be responsible for overall daily operations of the campus including, but not limited to: residents and direct care staff. This role is crucial to maintaining a safe, organized, and supportive environment for our youth. The Campus Supervisor will play an integral part in all matters of staffing, compliance, and management or residents. The schedule for this position will be 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week.

Responsibilities
- Schedules, supervises and manages House Manager's and Direct Care Staff
- Coordinates program activities with all staff members
- Monitor and document the performance of Direct Care Staff and House Manager's
Requirements
- Proven experience in organizational roles or management preferred
- Experience in the direct care field and/or work with children
- Reliable

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 per year
