Part-Time Utility / Dishwasher
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Utility/Dishwasher to join our team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, physically capable of handling demanding tasks, and willing to work evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and kitchen areas.
- Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the shift.
- Safely lift and transport heavy trash cans and waste containers.
- Assist with general cleaning duties, including floors, storage areas, and workstations.
- Stock supplies and assist with kitchen support tasks as needed.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Support kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Must be dependable and consistently arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
- Ability to lift and move heavy trash cans and other materials safely.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist where needed.
- Previous dishwashing or utility experience is a plus but not required.
Schedule Requirements
- Part-time position.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Flexible availability preferred.
