Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, motivated Technician Helper to join our growing team. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate.
Pay is $16-$20/hour to start, based on experience, qualifications, and skill level, with opportunities for advancement and future pay increases as you gain additional skills and take on more responsibilities.
No experience is required. We provide paid on-the-job training for individuals who are eager to learn, work hard, and develop valuable technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist the lead technician with TV mounting and installation projects.
- Safely lift, move, and position TVs and equipment.
- Load, unload, and organize tools and materials.
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
- Learn installation techniques and industry best practices.
- Assist with running cables through attics and crawl spaces when needed.
- Provide courteous, professional customer service in residential and commercial settings.
Qualifications
- Ability to safely lift and carry large TVs and equipment.
- Ability and willingness to work in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas as required.
- Comfortable working on ladders and at varying heights.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Experience with TV mounting, home theater systems, networking, construction, or low-voltage installations is a plus, but not required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must successfully complete a 4-panel urinalysis drug screening. This screening tests only for amphetamines, cocaine, opiates, and phencyclidine (PCP).
