Position Summary
The Operations Manager, Dispositions is responsible for managing day-to-day disposition workflows and ensuring transactions progress smoothly from contract execution through closing. This role coordinates communications, validates transaction details, manages timelines, resolves obstacles, and supports operational excellence throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Management
- Drive disposition transaction logistics from contract execution through closing
- Coordinate and communicate with buyers, partners, title companies, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Validate transaction information and ensure contract requirements are met
- Secure executed purchase and sale agreements
- Collect buyer documentation and required transaction paperwork
- Coordinate property access and inspection readiness
- Monitor critical milestones and transaction timelines
- Identify and resolve contract, communication, documentation, or logistical issues that may impact closing
Deal Operations
- Receive approved acquisition transactions and validate deal parameters based on established requirements
- Review and verify transaction details for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain accurate records and reporting throughout the transaction process
Reporting & Analytics
Track and report key performance metrics, including:
- Institutional disposition volume
- Closed deal revenue
- Deal conversion rates
- Partner performance metrics
- Submission-to-offer turnaround times
- Deal speed and efficiency
- Contract accuracy and transaction quality
Strategic Support
- Provide operational insights and recommendations to leadership
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Support growth initiatives through data analysis and performance reporting
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Closed deal revenue
- Number of deals closed
- Time-to-value and transaction speed
- Deal delivery quality

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in:
- Institutional real estate
- Dispositions
- Real estate operations
- Transaction management
- National account management
- Business development
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions, buyer requirements, valuation concepts, and disposition economics
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and operational discipline
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License
- Experience working with institutional investors or large-scale residential real estate portfolios
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
Compensation
Base Salary
$60,000-$75,000 annually
Performance Bonus Opportunity
Target Total Compensation: $80,000-$95,000 annually
Travel Requirements
- Up to 10% travel for partner meetings, market visits, and industry events
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work primarily at a computer workstation
- Frequent communication via phone and video conferencing
- Occasional travel to partner meetings and market locations
Additional Requirements

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
