Compensation & Benefits:
- Performance Commission: Up to 35% Gross Profit (GP) Share on your total sales volume.
- Guaranteed Base: $15.00 / hour minimum safety net.

Your Core Objectives:
- Maximize Revenue: Drive consistent sales growth by utilizing our proven retail sales model to meet and exceed daily KPIs.
- Consultative Selling: Proactively engage customers, identify unique technology needs, and position premium Verizon solutions.
- Pipeline Development: Generate new business through targeted outbound lead execution and strategic appointment bookings.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain top-tier retail standards, executing inventory controls and daily opening/closing procedures with precision.
